General
What are your photography appointment times?
Photography appointments are available from 9:00am – 7:00pm (or later for Twilight & night photography).
What days of the week are you open?
We are open 7 days a week and take appointments on weekdays or weekends.
Service
What is your turnaround time?
Media is typically delivered in 24-48 Hours. Customers will receive a text message and email with links to available products.
What is your Service Area?
We serve all of Nye County. Pahrump, Johnnie, Crystal, Sandy Valley, Amargosa, Beatty, Goldfield, Tonopah, Warm Springs, Manhattan, Carvers, Millett, and Railroad Valley.
Is it ok for the occupants or children to be in the location during the appointment?
Yes. Our team can work around occupants of the location, including children. Please note that the indivduals will have to move around the location during the appointment to ensure each area is captured without indivduals in the output media.
Do you provide service for large acreage?
Yes. Our team can capture images for land of any size. Please expect additional fees for jobs over 20 acres. We regularly perform mapping mission for areas over 100 acres.
Pictures
What pixel size are the final images?
Images are delivered in a maximum resolution of 4K or 4,000 pixels wide. Our delivery allows for downloading the images at Original Resolution (4K) or MLS Size.
What file type are the final images?
Images are delivered in the JPG format.
Video
What is the resolution of your videos?
Videos are 1080P unless 4K is specifically requested (due to file sizes).
What is the aspect ratio of your videos?
Our experts can deliver your videos in a horizontal or a vertical aspect ratio.
Floor Plans
Do the floor plans include square footage?
Yes. Floor plans include square footage and breakdowns for each room at the location.
Do you offer 3D Floor Plans?
Yes. We can provide a 3D Floor Plan upon request. You can order a 3D Floor Plan here through our website. 3D Floor Plans are considered an upgrade.
Other
Do you perform Search & Rescue?
Yes, we provide private Search & Rescue services. Please call to learn more or request assistance. For emergencies please dial 911.
