General
What are your photography appointment times?
Photography appointments are available at 10:00 AM and 1:00 PM. For appointments outside of those times, a custom appointment must be setup with one of our representatives. Twilight photography appointments are scheduled at 7:00 PM and last one and a half hours. Appointments typically last 30-90 minutes.
What days of the week are you open?
Photography appointments are available 7 days a week.
Customer Support at (800) 775-7165 is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Administration & Legal is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 am -4:00 pm.
Service
What is your turnaround time?
48 hours. Customers will receive a text message and email with links to available products.
What is your Service Area?
We serve all of Nye County. Pahrump, Johnnie, Crystal, Sandy Valley, Amargosa, Beatty, Goldfield, Tonopah, Warm Springs, Manhattan, Carvers, Millett, and Railroad Valley.
Is it ok for the occupants, children, or animals to be in the location during the appointment?
Yes. The team can work around occupants, including children or animals. Individuals and animals will need to move to different areas of the property during the shoot to ensure each space is captured without people in the final images. Animals will need to be in the backyard or secured another way while the photographer is present to ensure no possibility or animal bites or equipment accidents.
Do you provide service for large acreage?
Yes. The team can capture images for land of any size. Additional fees apply for jobs over 20 acres. Please email us or speak to one of our representatives to get a quote for parcels or listing over 20 acres. How big is the parcel, is it more than one parcel, and where is the parcel located?
Pictures
What pixel size are the final images?
Images are delivered at a maximum resolution of 4K (4,000 pixels wide). You can download them at original 4K resolution, at MLS-optimized size (1,200 pixels wide), or in any size you choose (under 4K).
What file type are the final images?
Images are delivered in JPG format at 4K resolution.
Video
What is the resolution of your videos?
Walkthrough videos and aerial videos are delivered in 4K, MP4 files, through a Vimeo url or by Google Drive. 1080P files are available upon specific request (note: 4K video files are significantly larger). Virtual videos are delivered in 1080p.
Floor Plans
Do the floor plans include square footage?
Only upon request. Our delivery usually includes NO SQUARE FOOTAGE. But we have the measurements and can include them if needed.
We measure square footage from the inside of the walls, not including the wall thickness, resulting in an overall lower number, roughly 100-200 square feet lost in the walls.
Floor plans can include overall square footage as well as individual room breakdowns all measured by LiDAR.
County records typically record square footage from the outside of the walls, making this number larger than the square footage we calculate. Agents typically use this number for their listings.
Do you offer 3D Floor Plans?
Yes. 3D floor plans are available upon request. Please email or ask to speak to a representative.
Virtual Tours
Do you offer virtual tours?
Yes. We offer HD Virtual Tours for $49.99 and Zillow® Virtual Tours for $39.99. Virtual tours are included in the Pro Luxe and Video Luxe packages. Our HD Virtual Tours utilize high-quality imagery when compared to our competition.
Do you offer virtual tours compatible with Zillow?
Yes. A Zillow® 360° Virtual Tour is available as an add-on for $39.99. It is hosted on the Zillow® platform and connects to Zillow® Showcase.
Marketing
Can you help with marketing my listing?
Yes. Our Marketing Kit ($19.99 as an add-on, included in Pro and Video Luxe packages) includes a mobile-optimized listing page, vertical social media reels for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, slideshow presentations, and customizable printable flyers.
Do you offer Virtual Staging?
Yes. Virtual staging digitally adds realistic furniture and décor to photos of vacant or empty rooms. It’s available as an add-on for $19.99 and includes 5 staged images.
